You can take bus no.113 at Kowloon Public Library, Pui Ching Road, get off at The Landmark, Des Voeux Road Central. It takes around 35 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is 9.3 HKD per person.
After arriving, walk to Peak Tram Lower Terminus and take the tram to go up.0
