Hi I am looking to take this cruise mid November.  Does it operate then?  What time does it leave from Guilin and what is the approximate arrival time Yangshuo?

Yes, it will be in operation in November. Most of the cruise ships depart during 09:00 – 11:00, and the duration is about 4-5 hours. Therefore, you will arrive at Yangshuo at 14:00 – 15:00. Also, you'd better bring some food as meals on the ship is pricey.
