can i bring e-cigarettee-liquid from china?

Hello,My father is travelling with F category visa, can he bring 50 pieces of e-cigarette (e-cigarette contain ego battery) and 108 piece of liquid (20ml =48 pieces and 5ml=60 pieces total weight of liquid is about 1.25kg). total weight is about 7.5 kg, will there be any problem in security check in Kunming Airport. Thank you for your help.

Pushkar, I think he might not be allowed to bring so many E-cigarettes and liquid. It's apparently not for personal use because the quantity is too big. If he really want to bring, he'd better declare them at the customs.
