can i bring E-cigarette and e-liquid from china?

Hello,
My father is travelling with F category visa, can he bring 50 pieces of e-cigarette (e-cigarette contain ego battery) and 108 piece of liquid (20ml =48 pieces and 5ml=60 pieces total weight of liquid is about 1.25kg). total weight is about 7.5 kg, will there be any problem in security check in Kunming Airport.

Pushkar, I think he might not be allowed to bring so many E-cigarettes and liquid. It's apparently not for personal use because the quantity is too big. If he really want to bring, he'd better declare them at the customs.
