china student visa to be processed in macau

Question

is there a way i can process my student X type (university) here in macau. i've had an s2 back in china and had to change it to student. i got all the papers i need but they wont accept it they said they only process if you have residence stuff. classes are starting like tomorrow. i need my X type badly i dont wanna get behind that sucks. is there any way i can sum this up? suggestions or help please!! thank you so much. im just 18 btw

Zenki, sorry to hear that, but this is the rule. If you still want to apply from Macau, you can hire an agency and see if it can help you with the application.
