Student in Hong Kong

Hi,

I'm holding Thai passport and am currently a 1 year exchange student in Hong Kong. I'm getting Hong Kong ID card soon, and thinking of applying for visa after I get it. I'm wondering whether it would be possible for me to apply for 1 year entry permit to mainland China or I only able to apply for half a year?

Nat, whether you can get the one-year multi-entry type permit has something to do with the validity of your HK ID card. As you ID card is valid for one year, I think it's possible that you can get the one-year multiple entry type.
