Is there any bus or train service from Xian international airport to Xian city centre at 11.30 pm?

I will be travelling to Xian on 10 /10/2015 and my flight will be arriving at 11.30 pm. Can you please let me know what is the best option to go to my hotel in the city centre at Xian? How much will be the taxi fares from airport to the city centre?
