How to reach Holiday Inn express zhabei from pudong airport terminal 2 via bus or subway?

Upon landing, you can take shuttle bus line 5, get off at Main Railway Station. The duration is about 80 mins. It costs CNY 22 per person.
Then walk north around 0.6 miles to find the hotel.

Thanks Sophie. I will stay in Shanghai for 2 nights. Can you recommend me some other hotel that is easy to reach from airport (close to subway station) and same price / budget hotel ?

Actually, the Holiday Inn express zhabei is really a brilliant choice. From the airport, you can also take the subway to reach the hotel. Take the subway line 2 from the airport to Century Avenue, and then transfer to Line 4 to the railway Station. Take the Exit 4 and walk about 780 yards to the hotel.
The nearest subway station is the railway station, and there you can have easy access to subway line 1 and line 4.
So all in all, the hotel has easy access to both airport shuttle bus and subway, which is the most suitable choice for you.

Thanks Alan. Can you advise me the total travelling time as i am little worried because my return flight from SH after 02 days is at 0730 am ?

If taking the subway, the duration is about 80 mins, and the fare is CNY7. If taking the shuttle bus line 5, the duration is also about 80 mins.

If your flight is scheduled at 07:30, you need to reach the airport at around 05:00. That means you need to set off at least at 04:00, at that time, there is no bus and subway available. You are suggested to take a taxi, and the fare is about CNY230 – 240.

I forgot to mention that my return flight is from hongqiao airport at 0730 am. So, what's the best way to reach there on time ?
