Can I withdraw money from ATMs in China with unembossed Visa card?

What did you mean "unembossed"? Without a chip? If so, you needn't worry. Chinese banks still issue credit cards without chips. So you can use your Visa card to withdraw money from ATMs. Just check if there is Visa sign on the ATMs. If not, then you can't use it your card from that ATM.0

Unembossed I think means that the numbers are not raised so the card is completely smoothed.0
