Chinese viisa for Mauritian citizen

Hello I hold a Mauritian passport but reside in the UK currently. I will be In Hong Kong in a few days and I tend to visit mainland China for 2 weeks from then. Can I just turn up at the airport with my passport or do I need it do anything in advance? Thanks.

Amir, you need to bring these things before you arrive, your passport with at least six months validity, round-trip air tickets, hotel reservation and enough money to cover your cost in China.
