Is there any CRH high speed train from Kunming to Xiamen ?

I have to go Xiamen from Kunming on 6th sept 2015. I will arrive there in the morning at 5 AM. What would you suggest me to go Xiamen by rail? Please give me appropriate suggestion.

There is no high speeds available in Kunming. There is a direct slow type which takes more than 40 hours. Or you may go for Guangzhou first and then from Guangzhou to Xiamen which maybe a little faster.
