About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do i require a transit visa?

I will be travelling from JFK to New Delhi via Guangzhou (Baiyun Airport) and same way back by China Southern Airlines. I need to change planes on both the routes at Baiyun Airport for 3:10 Hours and 6:10 hours respectively. Please let me know if I need a transit permit for this?

Niraj, your transit is less than 24 hours, so you are eligible for 24 hours free transit. You needn't apply one in advance.
