I need x visa in china . I have admission as chinese goverment scholarship

I am somali girl i have admission letter who gave me chinese goverment scholarship . I traveled two weeks later in Kenya (where i am now) . I have visited in this month Chinese embassy in Nairobi unfortunately they are refused me because of i didnt have Kenya permit that it was required they were suggested to take the X type at Chinese embassy in Djibouti. Now i have planning to traveling in Djabouti also deadline on registration on Sept 11/2015. Thus what are rquirements and how long have take a X type. Thank for your inquiry opening.
