About:Prohibited Items

I want to bring a quart of home-cooked tomato sauce.

The sauce is cooked and home-canned in mason jars. Can I? Must I declare it in customs?

Tom, tomato sauce is ok. You can bring it with you. If you are worried, you can declare it at the customs.
