About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

China VISA issuing suspended from Aug 27 to Sep 5

Hi
What is reason for holding issuing for Sri Lankans during the above time period ?

I think it's because of the public holiday from Sept 3 to 5 of this year to celebrate the victory of Sino-Japanese War and World War II.
