Generally, you will enjoy a healthy body. Just because of overwork, you easily get tired.  Do take enough rest! Besides, there are some suggestions to keep fit:1. Take in a proper amount of seafood and spicy food.2. Be careful in the coming Sep. in case of any injuries in hands and feet.
