issues about physical exam

Im a little worried about the physical exam
Im applying for a work visa UNDER 6 months duration
do I need to give blood at a chinese hospital (prefer not to because of hygeine concerns)
or can I do this before I leave?
so my question: does the physical for a work Z type UNDER 6 MONTHS include blood samples?
If so can I do the blood samples outside china at a western hospital?

Jack, when you apply for the Z type, the medical report is not required, but when you enter China, you need to get a work certificate and residence permit, which require a physical exam record. The physical exam should be done in designated hospitals and include blood test. So I'm afraid you have to get your blood drew in a Chinese hospital.
