I want to report the loss of my passport but i call them with the phone number you writed but no one answer it, could you tell me why?

Hello, I have checked the numbers written on this page. They are consistent with those on the website of the consulate. I think maybe they only pick up calls in a certain period daily. If you cannot get through, you can try to send emails or go there in person.
