Hi, I am travelling to taiwan from 20th Sept to 26th Sept 2015.

Is it safe to travel by car to the east side? Thanks for the info.

Although it is a little early to predict the weather of that period, it is generally safe to drive and tour the east part of the araea. Based on the weather records of the past years, it is still hot and wet then. Frequent rainfall take place, light rain and showers being the majority. Considering all, it is doable to achieve your plan if little rainfall is ok with you. In spite of this, you still need to check ahead the weather changes in case of any changes.
