What is the best and cheapest way to travel from hong Kong airport to Mariners Club,Tsim Sha Tsui?

Take the airport shuttle bus A21 to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, and then walk to the club in few mins. The bus fare is HKD33 and the travel time is about 70 mins.
