Hi there, i'm travelling to Yunnan in July 2016. what is the suggested route for the trip?

What i have in mind is KunMing-Dali-LiJiang-Shangri-la in 7 days.
I wonder if it's a very rush itinerary for the trip.
Thank you in advance for you advice! :)

Kunming - Dali - Lijiang - Shangri-la will work. As the cities are a little far between, you will have ti spend much time on transportation, especially by bus and by train. 7 days may not present all the must-sees along the route. Anyway, if you just have 7 days, just make full use it.

Stay in Kunming for two days. The Stone Forest and Jiuxiang Scenic Area, Western Hills and Ethnic Minority Village in town, as well as Nanping Pedestrian Street are recommended. Dali Ancient Town, and Erhai. Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and Lijiang Old Town should not be missed. For Shangrila, the Tiger Leaping Gorge is worth your time.

If you are afraid of missing some scenic spots and wanna experience the most convenient, it is suggested to join a tour. It is worth to some degree.
