Please kindly suggest me how to travel from Tin shui Wai to Hong Kong Airport

my flight will be at 01:00 am ...
Is HK airport composed with Terminal 1 and 2 ?

Yes, there are two terminal buildings of HKIA.
According to your departure time, you can take bus no.E34A at Yiu Man House Tin Yiu Estate, get off at Terminal 1. It takes around 75 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is 13.9 HKD per person.
