About:

*from Hotel to Airport by 5am and * from Macau to HongKong Hotel

Hi! I'll be having my vacation by September and I wanted to know the how I go about below:

*from Hotel to Airport by 5am
-fastest and budgeted way to get there

*from Macau to Hotel

By the way, I booked a hostel corner NATHAN rd and MODY rd near Tsim Sha Tsui.

From the hotel to HKIA at 5AM, take bus no.N21 at Kowloon Hotel, Nathan Road, get off at Passenger Terminal Building, Cheong Tat Road directly. The whole way takes around 80 mins and the fare is 23 HKD per person.

From Macau to Hotel, you can take direct ferry to get to HK-Macau Ferry Terminal first. Then take Island Line to Central Station and take Tsuen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui Station, Exit F. After arriving, walk to your hotel directly.

Im Aiko, colleague of Axl. I'll be traveling with him in Hongkong next month.

Is it possible for us to go to the airport via train?

We will be staying at USA Hostel, corner Nathan Road and Mody Road near Shim Sha Tsui.

Hi, Axl, you can take West Rail Line at East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, get off at Nam Cheong Station. Then take Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station and take Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland Resort Station, Exit A. The duration is about 40 mins. And the ticket fare is 19.8 HKD per person. The return way is the same.

Well, Aiko, there is no direct airport express that can take you to the airport at that time. They are not open yet.
So just take the night bus. :-)
