do high speed train have hop on hop off options using one common ticket?

Planing to take the Xian to Beijing route and hoping to get off in Huashan,  Anyang, Zhengzhou and Luoyang Longmen.

Oh, China train doesn't allow randomly to hop on and hop off.You can just get off the train at the destination printed on your train ticket. :-) That is to say, to visit the places you listed, you need to buy several separate tickets.
