Well, no direct long-distance bus operates between these two places.
So you are suggested to take coach to get to Zhaoqing Bus Station first. The bus schedules are 09:15, 09:50 and 14:30. The ticket fare is about CNY 130 per person.
Then transfer a direct coach to get to Xinxing County. Buses depart from 06:30 to 20:30 with the interval of around 15 mins. It takes around an hour on the way with the ticket fare of CNY 10 per person.0

May i know how long is the travel time? from SG to zhaoqing and zhaoqing to xinxing?
Is there any possibility to travel from SG to zhaoqing by train?0

By taking long-distance bus, from SG to Zhaoqing, it takes 3 to 4 hours on the way.
From Zhaoqing to Xinxing, the duration is about 1.5 hours.
And yes, you can take train from SG to Zhaoqing. The schedules from East Railway Station are 02:46 to 19:27. It spends around 5 hours. The ticket fare of soft sleeper is CNY184.5 and hard sleeper is CNY104.5.
Considering all, bus seem to be a better way.
