cheap shopping places in dalian

Hi, I am now already in the city for a few weeks due to work. I only have Saturday and Sunday to walk around. I am staying in Intercontinental Hotel. I know there is a lot of shopping malls, but may I know which place I can go for shopping, places the price I can bargain? I heard about Russian market, but I dont know what is the place for and the chinese writing for it. Plus anything that I should have a look nearby Intercontinental Hotel area?

Oh, you must refer to Russian Flavor Street. It's located at No.19, Tuanjie Street, Xigang District. You can find many kinds of local interesting souvenirs there. But the prices are not that cheap. The Chinese name is '俄罗斯风情街'.As I know, there is no such shopping mall that you can bargain nearby your hotel. Only some vegetable & seafood markets for you choose if interested.
