Getting to Shanghai Railway Station (Zhabei) from the Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

Hi travel china guide,
For your information, I plan to visit Beijing and also would like to visit SH using high speed train. Then in SH I plan to stay in Holiday Inn Express Zhabei. Please kindly advise, is there any train directly from there to SH Station (Zhabei) ?
