Hi, me and my friend are Ukrainian citizens and we have got our admission documents for Chinese Uiniversity while staying in Hanoi.

Nadiia, if you have long-term residence permit in Vietnam, you may probably apply for the Student X type from there. But if you don't have one, it's difficult to get the X type. You had better go back to your country to do the application.

Yesterday went to embassy and my friend applied for X type easily and she does not have any residence permit in Vietnam.
