If you take the MTR, the fare is HKD19.8 and the travel time is about 40 – 50 mins.
The transfer mode is like this: Take the Tsuen Wan Line from Mong Kok Station (your hotel is closest to its E1 exit) to Lai King Station, and then transfer to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station. Afterwards, transfer to Disney line to resort park.0
