About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am Nigerian lady I have a kids with chinese guy out of marriage

'recently he said we should travel to china to show baby to his father because his father is aged now also to obtain chinese citizenship for baby but he said he will sponsor me as student not wife. Is it right in this way

If he asks you to enter as a student, then you need to be admitted by a school and provide the admission letter to the consular office. It's possible to do so if you really want to study in China.
