River cruise temperatures

what will the temperatures be like on a yangtse river cruise beignning Yichang ending Guilin in mid September

I’m afraid you misunderstand. There is no cruise from YC to Guilinm but to Chongqing.
YC: According to the weather records, it will be cool at that time, and the average temp is about 73-75F.

Chongqing: It will be cool also, and the average temp is about 77 – 78 F. it also rains a lot, but most of them are light rain, which will not last for a whole day.
