china visa for hpa winner

my name is Muhammad Jahangir Khan i am Photographer and i went Beijing in 2013 and 2015 to attend world Photographers focusing on Beijing now I win the HPA and they sent me invitation letter via email  and i ask you before you told me these paper are okay for my application. today i went to china consulate and show my papers and after they see my papers they told me they need one more original  letter Foreign Affairs of China.this letter its take time and i am thing i not get this letter from china before my award ceremony tell me what can i dotx

Well, as the consular officer told so, you have to get the letter from the foreign affairs office, otherwise they don't issue you the entry permit.
