From Jinsuo Guan to Plank Walk

Hi, Am I right that the Plank Walk is at the South Peak? And is there any direct route from Jinsuo Guan to the Plank Walk? If there is, How long does it take to reach there? Thanks.

Thanks Katie for the efficient reply. May I also enquire on a few things?

1) What is the duration required to be spent at the Plank Walk?
2) How long does it take to hike from the South Peak to the West Peak?
3) How long does it take to hike from North Peak to Jinsuo Guan?

From what I have gathered, it takes 2 hours from North Peak to Jinsuo Guan. Is that true? I am actually planning a day trip to Mount Hua and hope to complete the Plank Walk and return in time to get back to Xi'an. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Actually I do not think you can finish the hiking in one day unless you take the cable car up and down. The Plank Walk is about 20 meters. Some one can finish this as quick as 25 minutes, but if you happen to follow a slower visitor, you will take longer time. It takes around 2 hours from South Peak to the West Peak and 1.5-2 hours from North Peak to Jinsuo Guan.
