Saleem, you can choose to submit the application via the PRC embassy in Malaysia or directly to the HK Immigration Department. The application documents include your passport copy, a filled-oout application form with your recent bare-headed photo attached on the first page, round-way transportation tickets, hotel booking records, a photocopy of your financial standing proof, and travel itinerary.
