Hi I would like to get a bus from Guangzhou Train station to HK Island at 8:30 pm is this possible, please provide details and prices

I'm afraid not. Buses near the train station area would have been out of service by 8:30pm. If you don't mind, I'd suggest you change the boarding site. At China Hotel near Yuexiu Park metro station, the last bus leaves 21:00. It is only 1.5km from the train station. It takes almost 4 hours and the bus fare is 120-130HKD.
