new tefl teacher looking for expatfriends in changchun

Question

I'm located on Jilin Huaqiao Foreign Language Institute campus so I guess it's more so considered Jilin that I'm located in. Are there any expat groups located over here or nearby where I can meet up and learn the way of living here?? I am working at the school but I'd like to meet up possibly later in the days and on off days for friends! I'ok be here for a year! I'm from Cincinnati Ohio, USA.

I have no idea of the expat community in the city. But at the local Guilin Road Commercial Street, you will run into many foreign people. There are some bars there. You can walk into one and find a friend.
