Certification from Chinese Consulate-Old and New US passport

Steve, you need to apply for the certification from Chinese consulate in San Francisco. They provide mail application service. It costs USD25. You need to pay for the return mail service. To pay for the application, you need to use MONEY ORDER or CASHIER’S CHECK. You can pay all the fee in a cheque. After receving your application, the consulate will send it back within 7 to 14 working days.

You need to write your address, cellphone number and then stick enough post stamps on the return envelope. EXPRESS MAIL, PRIORITYMAIL and FEDEX are accepted.
