Increase in my salary, when it will happen? 08/13/1992. Female.

Good day! I just want to know if I'll have an increase in our company this year? If not, I'm planning to resign next month and get a new job. Is it a wise decision for now?

Yoj, I am afraid that it's difficult for you to earn a beter salary this year because you are unlucky in your job. Please be careful with your colleagues because some of them might set you up. For changing a job, please think carefully. If you can find a new promising job, then you can do that this year.
