About:Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport

Please kindly advise transportation from Hangzhou Airport to UU Hotel , West Lake District.

If I have to take taxi, how much the normal cost?
and IF I can take shuttle or other transportation , please kindly advise how and where.

No, you don't have to take a taxi. The cab fare is CNY 90 to 100 in the day time.
Or upon landing, you can take airport shuttle bus to get to Wulinmen CAAC Ticket Office first. The ticket fare is CNY 20 per person. Then take a taxi to go to your hotel. The cab fare is CNY 15 to 20.

Could you please inform me how to reach Main Railway Station from UU hotel (except by taxi )?

You can take public bus no.7 at Botanical Garden Station, get off at the railway station directly.
