climate in Vietnam?

Would you pls. kindly give me an opinion about the climate and suitable dress for season of Oct in Vietnam?

Oct is cool climate. The temperature from 24-33 Degree in Ho Chi Minh City. Move to Dannag- Hue- Hanoi, the weather is little bit cooler from 23-28 Degree. Summer clothes are suitable, sunny cream and hat.

October is a good time in Vietnam. It's not too hot in South of Vietnam (such Ho Chi Minh city...) and not to cold in North of Vietnam (such Hanoi, Ha Long, Sa Pa...), the weather is cool. And you can prepare summer clothes, sunscreen, hat, maybe include umbrella, raincoat... because it's sometimes rainy.
