Is there still love in him?

we are both sheep and separated from our relationship but still communicate, he travelled and he got me an underwear. what does he mean.

Betty, if I were you, I wouldn't take his "gift". It might be a hint that he still wants to sleep with you. But he doesn't want to remain a serious relationship.
