About:China Visa Application in USA

appointing someone as an agent to turn in and pick up my visa

Since I live in AZ, I would have to drive app. 20 hours round trip to L.A. to apply for and pick up. Is there a business in L.A. that can be hired to act as my agent?

Debby, you can find any agency that deals with this matter in your area and ask them to do this job. Usually travel agencies might provide this service. You can try to contact some and see if they can do it for you.
