You can walk to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station to take the West Rail Line to Nam Chung Station, where you can transfer to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station. And then transfer to Disney Line to the destination. The fare is HKD19.8 and the travel time is about 40 mins.
