About:Chinese Consulate in Perth

Can I apply for the visa directly through the China consulate?

Hi there,
I am a Malaysia passport holder in Perth and am a PR status.

Glim, as your are a PR of Australia, you can apply from there, but you need to apply through the CVASC in Perth, rather than the consulate.
