About:Prohibited Items

Am I allowed to bring these products into China as gifts?

I would like to bring smoked salmon, cured meat sausage, aged cheese and coffee. These items ( except the coffee) would all be professionally packaged and sealed ( I.e. Plastic sealed packaging, air removed, etc.. ). Are any of these prohibited? Would I have to declare them on arrival?
