How to go to tsuen wan from wah fu estate? How much?

Take bus no.970 at Wah Tai House Wah Fu Estate, Wah Fu Road, get off at Pei Ho Street, Cheung Sha Wan Road. Then take Tsuen Wan Line at Sham Shui Po Station, and go to Tsuen Wan Station.
It takes around 95 mins on the way. And it costs 19 HKD per person.
