About:China Train

Can we pick online train ticket at ticket offices?

I have booked my ticket online (From Shanghai to Beijing) and received a confirmation number. Can I pick the ticket in one of the ticket offices in Shanghai or I can only pick them up at the railway station?

You can only do it at railway station.
