Can I post some sealed and packaged powdered milk from Australia to China?

Also wanting to send some Lanolin cream as part of a care package. Where can I find out what I can and can't send?

Kelly, powdered milk and Lanolin cream are allowed to be sent to PRC. However, you can post 2.5kg at most if you don't want the receiver to pay the duty. If the receiver is willing to pay the duty, then you can post 5kg at most. He/she should pay around CNY 100 as duty.
