About:Year of the Dragon

I am a 1951 Rabbit. I have in my store room a large picture of a dragon (Landscape not portrait).

One year it was auspicious to have it high on the wall behind me in my office.
Is the year of the dragon a good time to bring it out again ?

Yeah, it is wise to do so. Just keep it well and put it up in the year of the dragon. In Chinese culture, the picture hanging on the wall behind your desk in the office stands for your patron. It is kinda of lucky to have a dragon act the role.
