What clothings are recommended for senioer citizens visiting Shenyang in Middle of August?

According to the previous weather records, it may be a bit hot and sunny at that time possibly. The average temp may reach about 75 F. You are suggested to wear T-shirts in the day time, and long-sleeved shirts for the cold hours.
