About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hours Transit Visa in Shanghai -> No visa required in HK -> 24 hour Direct Transit in Beijing.

I am flying into Shanghai and staying 72 hours then flying to Hong Kong staying 48 hours then flying into Beijing to get a flight to Dubai.

Will this work? please help

Yes, the route is fine. You needn't apply any type in advance because you can make use of 72 hours free transit in Shanghai and Beijing.

So just for reference, on this trip does Hong Kong act as a reset for the 72 hour transit?
